UK Universities Darts Singles Tournament

There are 144 places available in the competition. If you would like to take part, please see the registration page.

  • 32 groups of 4 or 5 (12pm - 4pm)
    • All members of the group will play each other.
    • The top two placed people from each group goes through to last 64.
    • Each match is the best of 3 legs.
  • Last 64 (4pm - 5:15pm)
    • Each match is the best of 5 legs.
  • Last 32 (5:15pm - 6pm)
    • Each match is the best of 5 legs.
  • Last 16 (6pm - 6:45pm)
    • Each match is the best of 7 legs.
  • Quarter finals (6:45pm - 7:30pm)
    • Each match is the best of 7 legs.
  • Semi-finals (7:30pm - 8:30pm)
    • Each match is the best of 9 legs.
  • Final/3rd placed play off (8:30pm - 10 pm)
    • These matches are the best of 9 legs.

THE FORMAT AND TIMINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON TIME RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE VENUE. IF GAMES ARE PLAYED PROMPTLY AND THE CHANGE OVER TIME BETWEEN MATCHES IS SHORT, THEN THE LENGTH OF GAMES ABOVE SHOULD BE FEASIBLE.

After the last 32 stage of the tournament, some darts boards will become available for universities to play their uni darts cup matches on. If this is of interest to any of the participants, then please get in touch with the organisers. Those players who have progressed in to the last 16 stage must prioritise their tournament matches.
